Oreo Cookie Cupcakes with Cookies and Cream Frosting

This is my first project. The process was pretty easy, but I think the result looks great! VERY tasty, too :) I decided to use a white cake mix since this was a trial run. I was more concerned with the looks than the taste. Well, next time I will bake the cake from scratch. Although these are delicious, they would be much improved with a homemade cake. There are plenty of instances a box cake is just fine (in my opinion), however, this is not one of them!
